THE BOOKING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED IF THERE IS NO PAYMENT RECEIVED BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE.

IN CASE OF DIRECT PAYMENT, ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE REMITTED BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME.

1)     Check In 12:00 Noon / Check Out 9:00AM . A/C timing will be from 9.00PM to 6.00AM . In case of A/C breakdown, non A/C deluxe tariff          applicable.All guests are requested to reach at 12.00 PM.The boat will be waiting for the guest in same jetty or at another check-in point..
2)     Check in and cruise routes subject to normal weather condition. There may be variation in time subject to check-in and check-out points.
3)     The  Rate is inclusive  of   lunch, evening tea, snacks, dinner and Breakfast (APAI) 
4)     In case Guest needs any extra food / special food, they have to pay the price list shown in the menu card.
5)     Child below 5 Years is complimentary without extra bed. Kids  up to 12 year will be charged Rs 750/- Extra without extra bed and above 12          Will be charged Rs.1000/- with extra bed .
6)     Any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability.
7)     In keeping with security procedures, we request to carry a photo Identity (passport, driving license, voter ID or pan card) to present during          check- in at house boat.
8)     Taxes are subject to change as per Government Law.

9)     Guest/Driver contact number is required one day before the Check in Date.
10)  Contact the management for any extra facilities like taxi service, Ayurvedic massages and additional special food items.
11)  The sharing houseboat will be taking at the scheduled time as there are other guests also on the house boat. The guests who come late           are requested to reach the houseboat at its present location.Guests sholud reach the houseboat at 12.00 Pm .Those guests who will be           coming late should inform us prior to the trip.
 CANCELLATION POLICY:  
Prior 7days                    : 10% of the room rent will be levied.
Less than 07 days         : 50% of the room rent will be levied.
Less than 2 days           : 100% of the room rent will be levied  

Note:
1. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE ARRIVALS AND CHECK-OUT TIME WILL STRICTLY FOLLOWED AS PER THE SCHEDULE.
2. In case of unexpected obstructions such as any natural calamities or strike no payment will be refunded. However we can provide another day if available according to the season and boat availability. The management will be having full authority over this.
3.The guest must inform us if there is any problem with the boat before check-in.
4.The Check in place and Check-out place may vary according to climate and weather condition. In such cases Guests will be informed one or two hours before the change.
5.If there occurs any engine problem or unexpected damages to the houseboat the management has the full authority to replace the houseboat and provide another houseboat of the same quality mentioned in the confirmation.
